Lexus is really uptight about where 2 metro Detroiters are choosing to put its luxury Lexus name.

Lexas filed a USA Federal Lawsuit Thursday in Detroit, stating that Mario Mendoza, twenty-six, and Katie Lynn Krzywdzinski, twenty-four, both of Dearborn, Michigan, violated trademark laws by using "Lexus" as the name of a pornographic Web site and of a site star.

The suit is alleging that the porn place "uses the mark ""Lexus"" in an unwholesome and unsavory context" and "is likely to tarnish and blur the distinctive qualities" of the Lexus name.

The pornsters didn't reply to telephone calls or emails seeking comment. Lexus declined to comment.

The website sells downloads of pictures and videos for five dollars for a 3-day trial to forty dollars for 3 months.

The central figure of the website, Lexus Cash, says she is an amateur who "started making home videos of my girlfriends fooling around."
