Lexus car dealers in New York take note; the Lexus LX 570 revealed itself at the New York auto show.

The LX 570 now sports with the current Toyota Tundra engine that produces almost four hundred horsepower and over four hundred lb-ft of torque. This ultra low emission automobile (ULEV II) features some electronic engine management gimmicks that mildly helps in the fuel economy department. Whereas the previous Lexus model was equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission, the new Lexus LX 570 will be given to a 6-speed sequential-shift automatic.

Since seeing the Lexus LX 570, we have been anticipating waiting to see how the Land Cruiser will be. Well, to date, none of Toyota's SUVs could be called "attractive," and this latest Land Cruiser looks like it's keeping the faith.

The interior is enough to keep passenger's air conditioned, leather bound, and your drink secure. The Land Cruiser has always been good off-road, and this latest LC will probably be able to head into the wilderness with the proper tires. However, we don't think most Land Cruiser buyers will utilize its off road capabilities.
