Lexus dealers in New Jersey

In fitting with the title we’ve decided to continue our investigation of New York City Lexus dealers. Now the mindset we’re taking here is that of a friend of mine. This guy grew up in Ohio and moved out west. He has an engineering degree so needless to say he’s cheap, or frugal as they say.

Anyway, since the Lexus dealers out west pretty much enjoy captive markets unlike those Lexus dealers in New York. They don’t have to worry about fending attacks from neighboring states the way Lexus dealers in New Jersey compete for business with the likes of Lexus of Manhattan. Knowing this my friend is willing to drive for a deal. The deal may not be great, but there is satisfaction in not being taken for granted. Out west 360 miles is not that far, so if my friend was in New York and decided he wanted to find Lexus auto dealers he would look beyond Lexus dealers on Long Island. The question I want to answer is what are his options going to be.

If you take a look at a map of New York and make the center Central Park, you realize Lexus dealers on the East coast are going to be easy to come by if you’re willing to drive. Take for instant you want a black IS350 and you local guy has one, but he wants $2000 over sticker. Where else could you find a Lexus dealership in New York? Lexus dealers in New Jersey are obvious.

Major Markets galore:

North
Right at about the 360 mile limit North is Montreal at 368 miles from Central Park. Given that’s in Canada you can pretty much see that you have almost all the New England states available as you seek an alternative to that Lexus dealership New York. Portland, Maine is in the North direction, but Albany, Rochester, and especially Boston are well within this radius as well. It is small solace that Buffalo and Toronto are just beyond our 360 degree radius.

South
Options for Lexus dealers when you head South are just ridiculous. From Central Park with 360 miles to work with you could make it all the way to Richmond, Virginia or an alternate route takes you as far as Virginia Beach. The beach sounds nice, but if your objective was to secure one of those hard to find black IS350s you probably grabbed one along the way. Lexus dealers in New York have to start with competition from Lexus dealers in New Jersey. Along this direction you can hit Edison, New Jersey within 40 miles and Trenton, New Jersey at around 70. Still looking? You have Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Atlantic City, Wilmington, Washington D.C., Baltimore. I’m thinking you could find yourself the Lexus of your dreams.

East
Not much action to the East unless there a dealer out over the water. You could probably get a big discount from a New York Lexus dealer for delivery, but even the Lexus concept car runs like %$##$ after being driven under water.

West
According to Google maps, Pittsburgh is 375 miles away, just 15 beyond our cutoff. Instead of haggling with Ray or one of the other Lexus dealers in New Jersey you drive over, find one of the Lexus dealers in the suburbs and take in a Steelers game. By the way my friend loves the Steelers, he’d go for this plan.

So it ‘s not just Lexus dealers in New Jersey, Lexus dealers in New York have to guard their customers from fleeing the country in search of a better deal.
